Tour Of Spain Wine & Food Pairing Event with The Harbour Club (Four Course Meal)

Travelling abroad is on everyone's mind, so we have decided to recreate the best of foreign culture for you with Malta's best talent in wine & food.

A tour of Spain's famous wine regions, with Rías Baixas in the west, Cataluyna in the east and Ribera del Duro in between.

Bespoke food menu created by Head Chef Andre Borg. Andre has spent 10+ years abroad working in several Michelin Star restaurants and now heads the Harbour Club kitchen.

Four-course meal paired with four wines, guided by leading wine educator Aaron Rizzo throughout.

The event will be held outside with spectacular Grand Harbour views.

Four courses as follows:

#1 Prawns poached in prawn butter, potato sauce, confit potato, Jamon broth, nasturtium oil, puffed pig’s ears.

Paired with O Luar Do Sil Godello 2018

#2 Stone bass poached in beurre noisette, cabbage farcis, seaweed emulsion, garlic puree.

Paired Abadía de Tortoreos Albariño 2017

#3 Smoked lamb belly & pan-roasted loin, textures of tomato , black olive jam, sourdough cracker, goat cheese sauce.

Paired with Pago De Los Capellanes Crianza 2018

#4 Date cake, caramel custard, edible flower glass, honey, wine
