Starter: Bread course, olive oil, tomato conserve
1st Plate: 'Nduja Acquerello Carnaroli risotto, calamari, sunflower seeds
Wine 1: Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Orneta (Campania)
2nd Plate: Roasted pork belly, Fork & Cork onion, pork sauce, herb oil
Wine 2: Torrevento Passione Reale (Puglia)
3rd Plate: Rum baba, fresh mango & fresh mint salad, moscovado cream
Wine 3: Cantine Mothia Marsala Dolce (Sicily)
