Imagine enjoying fresh fish paired with mouth-watering white wine in Santorini - this is what Tartarun & Vinotyp want to recreate on a plate for you.

Four-course meal paired with four wines, guided by leading wine educator Aaron Rizzo throughout.

Bespoke food menu created by Head Chef James Schiavone.

Four courses as follows:

*Starter*

Butter lettuce, prawn, tomato, ponzu & ginger
Amalfi lemon pickle, mussel & oyster tartelette, purslane
Lightly cured amberjack, warm verbena tea vinaigrette.

Paired with Atlantis White Wine 2019.

Seared scallop, jamon, sea herbs, assyrtiko beurre blanc.

Paired with Estate Argyros Assyrtiko Santorini 2019

Black bream, langoustine, beetroot ketchup, fois gras emulsion
